You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
Ask any North College Hill technician on our team how long they've worked structural pest control and you'll get a real number, not a script — experience is the whole reason our diagnosis is faster than a guess-and-spray visit.
Licensing isn't just a line on our website — it's checked, current, and something we'll show you on request before a single product goes down.
What keeps Nex Pest Control running in North College Hill after all this time is unremarkable, honestly: we show up, we fix the actual problem, and we don't disappear if it comes back.
We also track what's happening across North College Hill season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Here's what tends to show up right before a North College Hill homeowner finally picks up the phone.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for North College Hill properties.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our North College Hill emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of North College Hill homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Plans can be adjusted mid-season if a North College Hill property starts attracting something new — the schedule isn't locked once it's set.
North College Hill restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every North College Hill termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
Monthly barrier treatment through North College Hill's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. If the scope changes once we're inside, that gets quoted separately before we proceed, never added silently.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every North College Hill quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any North College Hill customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our North College Hill technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across North College Hill specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the North College Hill emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.

North College Hill clients don't have to argue for a re-treat. If our records show the pest is still present after the guarantee period, the next visit is already covered.
